Course Overview

This PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Version 2 course provides foundational knowledge of how to combine the PRINCE2 project management methodology with Agile ways of working.

It is designed for those who wish to “be agile” (adopt an agile mindset and behaviour) and “do agile” (apply agile techniques) within a structured project governance framework.

It helps organisations and individuals lessen friction between traditional project controls and agile flexibility, enabling better stakeholder engagement, faster response to change, and improved project outcomes.

• Project managers, project support staff, teams or individual contributors working in or moving to environments that use Agile methods.

6. Prepare for the Foundation exam — understand the format of the exam, types of questions, and be equipped with practice, workshops, and scenarios to succeed.

• Exam preparation: Practice questions, sample scenarios, workshop
